Compassion is grounded in self awareness.

Compassion fatigue and Burn out are all too real for people working in caring or helping professions.

Reflective Practice provides a space to talk through what it feels like to work with the people that you care for and help. It can enhance team cohesion through strengthening relationships.

Understanding your own motivations, talking through challenges, remembering why you started in your role… can all support you in your practice.

I facilitate Reflective Practice spaces for teams or groups of people who are health, care and support roles.

Reflective Practice is a Trauma informed way to support workforces who work alongside people that have or who are, experiencing trauma.

It is particularly important when the work is relational as we recognise that there is an emotional load to supporting, caring for and helping people.

Groups can be from 4 to 12 people, working in a similar role or for a common goal. Ideally spaces are held regularly every 4-8 weeks.
